Last year, they began looking at the public sector, analysing the top management of all 26 cantons and the federal administration. In addition, guido schilling ag asked the 250 most important Swiss companies to disclose their statistics on the gender diversity pipeline so that the potential for women in top and middle management would become visible. The schilling report seeks to create «transparency at the top,» and this is why it is recognised as an independent source for in-depth analysis of Switzerland’s boardrooms.
